Belgian payment reality is simple: money goes in via Bancontact or Bancontact Pay, and what comes out lands on your account. Since March 2026 the Payconiq by Bancontact app is officially called Bancontact Pay.
Bancontact Pay limits to €1500 per operation and €2500 per 24 hours. What you deposit is there right away; the way back usually costs one to three banking days, with the site's internal handling added to that.
